portland pinball map

The Portland Pinball Map is online. It’s a site for the many pinball enthusiasts in Portland to track machine locaiton, machine status, high scores etc. It uses a google map to display locations of machines and establishments with machines. I helped with some of the design and usability for the site. Check it out.

George Lois is a rockstar

George Lois revolutionized modern advertising with is “big idea” designs, which focused on presenting concepts through juxtaposition of text with imagery. He is well known for his Esquire Covers which are both very clever and often highly political. He is a great speaker, has big ideas, and swears a lot. This is one of the posters I made about him.
