We'd just met Nemeton of Darkmatter Soundsystem, but she was intent that this party happen at From the Gut with the Zhark International tour coming through Detroit (as a day after party for a show thrown by Low Res). We're glad we took her up on it and combined forces. This was our first larger scale breakcore party - it went off with a blast and set the stage for several other endeavors to come. Featuring a lineup of top notch artists from Rachel Kozak's Zhark label, this party provided many hours of extreme dance music so honed that altered experience ensued from the musical intensity alone.
